For brand customers, a clear process helps reduce communication costs and makes every production stage more manageable.

Step 1: Requirement Confirmation and Inquiry

Customers can provide their product requirements, including the product type, quantity, size, pattern, material, logo customization method, packaging requirements, target market, sales channels, and expected delivery time. If customers already have reference photos, design files, or size charts, they can provide them as well. After receiving the information, we will conduct an initial evaluation and provide professional recommendations based on the product construction, material selection, manufacturing process, and market positioning.

Step 2: Product Confirmation and Quotation

After confirming the product requirements, we will provide a detailed quotation based on the product material, size, construction, manufacturing process, quantity, accessories, and packaging. The quotation generally includes the unit price, sample cost, packaging cost, and estimated shipping cost. For customized products, we will explain any additional costs in advance, such as mold development fees, printing fees, tooling fees, special hardware costs, and customized packaging costs, helping customers clearly understand the overall project cost and avoid unnecessary discrepancies later.

Step 3: Design Confirmation

If customers already have complete design files, we will help check the file quality, color accuracy, print size, and production feasibility. Common file formats include AI, PSD, PDF, and PNG. If customers do not yet have a complete design, we can also assist with basic artwork layout, color matching, pattern adjustment, and mockup preparation based on the customer's brand style, target market, and product type. After the design is confirmed, we will proceed with sample preparation.

Step 4: Printed Sample or Pre-Production Sample

For printed products, such as Neoprene Dog Harnesses, Dog Collars, Dog Leashes, and Poop Bag Holders, we usually arrange a printed sample or pre-production sample for customer approval. Customers can confirm the pattern colors, logo placement, material, size, construction, and overall appearance before production. Customers can review the sample and provide revision comments if necessary.

Step 5: Sample Approval and Mass Production

After the sample is approved, we will arrange mass production. Before production begins, we will reconfirm all order details, including the product style, size ratio, pattern quantity, logo application, packaging method, label information, and shipping method to ensure all production information is accurate. During production, we will continue to provide order updates, including material preparation, printing progress, material cutting, sewing progress, hardware assembly, and packaging status, so customers can clearly track the production schedule.

Step 6: Quality Inspection and Mass Production Confirmation

After mass production is completed, we will carry out a quality inspection covering the product appearance, dimensions, sewing, logos, printing quality, hardware, pull strength, packaging, and quantity. After the inspection, we will provide customers with photos of the finished products, detail photos, packaging photos, and carton photos for confirmation. This step is especially important for brand customers, Amazon sellers, and retail chain customers, allowing them to confirm both the products and packaging before shipment.

Step 7: Balance Payment and Shipment Arrangement

After customers approve the finished product and packaging photos, the balance payment can be arranged. We will then arrange the most suitable shipping method according to customer requirements, including sea freight, railway transportation, air freight, express delivery, door-to-door shipping, and Amazon FBA shipment. We can also assist in preparing shipping documents, including the packing list, commercial invoice, carton marks, FBA labels, and barcode labels.

Step 8: Logistics Follow-up and After-Sales Support

After shipment, we will continue to track the logistics status and provide customers with transportation updates. If customers encounter any issues during customs clearance, documentation, delivery, or warehouse receiving, we will do our best to provide assistance. After customers receive the products, we usually continue to follow up on product quality, market performance, customer feedback, and replenishment plans.

Our service does not end after shipment. For long-term customers, we continue to help optimize size ratios, pattern selection, packaging methods, and product combinations based on sales feedback. We also provide support for repeat orders, new product development, and seasonal collections. Our goal is not only to complete an order, but also to help customers build a more stable, efficient, and sustainable pet product line.
